The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, located in Lisbon, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates between July 3, 2023 – September 29, 2023. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Elkton-Food Service Warehouse, 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price.
