Description of Work: The Coconino National Forest, North Kaibab Range Station Offices has a requirement to replacement HVAC units plus optional items for Flagstaff Ranger Station C&M crew office HVAC replacement and Red Rock Ranger Station Visitor center condensing unit replacement.

Location:

The first project site is located at the Flagstaff Ranger District Peaks office, 5075 N Highway 89, Flagstaff, AZ 86004.

The second project site is located at the Red Rock Ranger District visitor center, 8375 State Route 179, Sedona, AZ 86341.

The third project site is located at the North Kaibab Ranger District offices, 430 Main St. Fredonia, AZ 86022.

Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.
