127EAX23Q0041 – Black Mesa RD Security Gate

Description of Work: This is a request for quote to purchase and install a rolling gate with keypad pedestal and remote opening capabilities and pressure pad for exiting vehicles. Optionally approximately 200 feet of chain link fence will be installed from the end of the gate to the building. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications contained herein. No changes to the specifications, terms, or conditions of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall be made without the prior approval of the Contracting Officer in writing.

Location: The project is located on the Black Mesa Administrative Site, 2748 E. HWY 260 Overgaard, AZ 85933

Basis for Award: The Government Anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Contract using RFQ Lowest Price-Technically Acceptable: Award will be made to the offer that meets or exceeds the requirements contained herein, at the price that is most advantageous to the government will be determined to be the best value. Price reasonableness will be determined by using competitive solicitation process.

Site Visit has been scheduled.
