Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United
States in Uzbekistan will launch the solicitation on the
https://uz.usembassy.gov/embassy/tashkent/procurement-and-contracting/ website when it is
available.
All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered. The Government plans
to issue the solicitation on June 1, 2023.
The Embassy of the United States of America, Tashkent is planning to purchase light fixtures for
the Chancery building in the U.S. Embassy Tashkent.
Advance payments are not authorized.
Successful offerors shall be registered with the SAM (accessed through www.sam.gov) prior to
contract award.
Again, this solicitation will be issued via this website - no paper copies will be mailed.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced
technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the
contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed
price type contract.
Electronic offers will be accepted. Please email your offer to the contracting office via TashkentprocurementTeam@state.gov prior to the response date and time.
All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database

prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
