These programs are developed, sold, trained, and supported solely by Volpara Health, Inc. There is no other vendor or company authorized to develop, customize, support, sell or train the Mammography Reporting System and Patient Hub programs. The Mammography Reporting System and Patient Hub programs are a sole source product from development through purchase, training, and ongoing technical support of the software. Patient Hub has proprietary components, making the software unique. Due to the complexity of the software, it must be maintained by vendor-trained staff. Volpara Health, Inc. has the ability to perform maintenance to the required FDA and safety standards. Volpara does not train third-party sources to support the software and is the sole provider of the software service program required. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 513210 and the Business Size Standard is $41.5M. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 16:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday, May 8th, 2023. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice.
