The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to issue a sole source solicitation to Lockheed Martin Corporation, 199 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown, New Jersey, 08057 under the authority of FAR 6.302 (a)(2)(ii). This modification will incorporate the Missile Defense System’s LRDR Development, Sustainment and Testing Requirements. Lockheed Martin is currently under contract for LRDR development, manufacture, installation, and product support. In order to meet the Warfighter’s requirement and schedule, the continued development, software production, continued Operation & Sustainment must commence prior to the verification and validation of the LRDR Technical Data Package (TDP) and software.
