This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is 1282B123Q0082 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the most current Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2022-05. This is a Small Business Set-Aside, and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry Service Code is F999 - Other Environmental Services. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed priced single purchase order. Set Aside: 100% small business set-aside.

General Information: The intent of this solicitation is to obtain quotes for Contract is for stand examination data collection activities within the Pike National Forest. Information shall be collected as outlined in Chapter 4 of the Government provided Common Stand Exam User Guide and Region-specific Appendices, unless specifically modified by the contents of Contract.
