The solicitation number is 36C24423Q0772 and it is issued as a Request for Quotes. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested. This solicitation is a Brand Name or Equal requirement for Chiropractic Tables. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 750 employees. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price that is Technically Acceptable. The VA Healthcare Center Butler, PA has a requirement for Chiropractic Tables as per the attached RFQ document. All items will be delivered to the facility located at 325 New Castle Road, Butler, PA 16001. All communications regarding quotes, questions, etc., shall be submitted by email to Ron Kline (ronald.kline@va.gov) no later than 1:00 PM, EST on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.
