76 PMXG Request for the purchase of Upgrades and Repair for one (1) Plasma Booth. The Upgrade and Repair shall include the following:  The Contractor shall install a new MultiCoat OPDesk (1075594) and processor (1008089) that will integrate into Booth 15 (Multi-Coat).  The Contractor shall ensure all recipes and previous data shall be transferred over to the new system.  The Contractor shall ensure the booth and its components shall not lose any previous functionality when converting over to Windows 10.  The Contractor shall install the TriStar power supply (1064635). It shall have an interface (2318963) that allows it to integrate with the existing components.  The Contractor shall repair all damaged paneling on the booth. This includes the removal of the damaged interior perforated acoustical wall and sheathing, which is approximately 8’ x 9’ in area.  The Contractor shall ensure the new #6/3ft density acoustical rock wool insulation that is 4” thick shall be installed. It shall be within the manufacturer’s specification and be fire retardant.  The Contractor shall ensure the new G-90 galvanized perforated interior sheathing that is 3/32” x 5/32” that has staggered holes on 60 degree center with 23% open free area shall be installed.  The Contractor shall ensure the new fire stops shall be installed that are 20 gauge galvanized and be horizontal in orientation. The fire stops shall be Z channels.  The Contractor shall ensure the 48’ x 30’ damaged exterior panel shall also be replaced with 12 gauge galvanized panel.  The Contractor shall ensure the All HAZMAT tasks and permits in 29 CFR 1910 shall be obtained by Tinker AFB.  The Contractor shall demonstrate and start-up the entire system to ensure that equipment is operational after the work has been performed by a part run-off and out-of-cycle calibration.  The Contractor shall provide a spare MultiCoat OPDesk (1075594) and processor (1008089) with training on how to upgrade similar model booths.  Contractor shall provide installation  Contractor shall provide Training  The contractor shall provide Performance Verification.  The Contractor must meet all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW.
