PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The purpose of this advertisement is to notify of the intent of the U.S. Consulate General Almaty, Kazakhstan to acquire attorney services in support of the acquisition of offer-to-lease (OTL)/build-to-lease (BTL) residential housing units. It is the Governments intent to award to a local company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity labor-hour purchase order with fixed hourly rates, consisting of a one-year base period and three option years for a maximum potential period of performance not to exceed (NTE) four years and/or amount NTE $250,000. The detailed list of services will be presented in the coming solicitation. The services may be requested at any time, order and type of service as required in task orders. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541199 All Other legal Services. This is not a request for submission of proposals. Solicitation will be issued at a later date, in minimum of fifteen days after this notice, and subject to funds availability. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice are not required. All contractors with the United States government must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
