Solicitation Information

Solicitation N0042123Q0163 is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Syncrolift Inc for Wire ropes for S-1610 Syncrolift, I inch, Installation of Wire Ropes, Pawl Solenoids with electric switch, W-1788, Upgrade of Operator panel, PLC, UPS and Tosi box Including documentation, supervision of installation items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).

Offeror’s must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov.

This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.

This notice is intent to Sole Source with Syncrolift Inc. a Small Business.

Vendors must be authorized distributor and provide documentation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 April 2023. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the
responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
