The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Memphis District is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to clean, fully recondition, and inspect eleven (11) Western Gear Boxes (BHV-690) to include the cleaning of oil drain lines on labyrinth seal and drain lines in the gear box and the installation of a new duplex core oil filter on all ten (10) gear boxes at the W.G. Huxtable Pumping Plant.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this sources sought is 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. Interested parties responding to this sources sought should include the following information:

1. Company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, point of contact, telephone number and email address.
2. Information describing the company’s capability to perform and past performance. Provide specific information on relevant work the same or similar in size and complexity. Include contract number, contract description, dollar value and a customer point of contact, telephone number and email address. Identify whether your firm was a prime vendor or subcontractor.
3. Provide the company’s business size (small or other than small) and all applicable socioeconomic category information (Small, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB)
