Synopsis: Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals, the Government is seeking information for market research purposes only. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 of
the Department of Veterans Affairs is currently conducting a market survey for qualified firms to provide Replacement of Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units.
Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email) and must be received no later than April 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM. Email: Paul.Dixon@va.gov. No telephone inquiries will be
accepted. Interested parties MUST provide company/individual name, address, a capability statement, and SAM Unique Entity ID. Project magnitude is anticipated between $1,000,000.00 and
$5,000,000.00. (VAAR 836.204) Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and be a verified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business to be eligible to

the Saint Louis VA John Cochran Division915 N. Grand Blvd, Saint Louis, MO 63106-1621. Description of work includes, but is not limited to, general construction, alterations, mechanical
and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures, associated appurtenances and certain other items necessary completion. All work shall be
performed in accordance with solicitation/contract terms and conditions, specifications and drawings, and all applicable VA TIL and local and National codes. Contractor shall furnish all
supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, transportation and testing necessary. Contractor will perform site investigations to fully inform themselves of the conditions and
limitations applied to the work. This Statement of Work (SOW) is intended as an outline and is not a detailed summary of the work the contractor will be required to perform. In the event
of conflict between this SOW and the project drawings and specifications, the drawings and specifications will take precedence over the SOW. The above work and other project requirements
as defined by the specifications and drawings shall be included under the Base Bid. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of
existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for as required by drawings and specifications to be provided when Solicitation is released. Period of performance is
expected to be approximately 550 calendar days.
