Specifications: Griddle Top: 2 EA: Wells model #G-196 griddles built-in (2 each) or equal product Smooth polished steel griddle plate. 34 W X 18 D cooking surface stainless steel construction Zoned thermostatic heat control, RU, NSF-4. Removable splash guards 4-quart capacity removable front grease drawer Protective guard rings to protect the controls from accidents or accidental temperature changes Positive-off thermostats for individual zone temperature control Terminal block for field wiring connections Warranty 1-year parts & labor warranty Electrical: powered by 208v/60/3-ph, 12.0kW, field wired. Installation/Removal/Disposal Units installed/removed/disposed by the vendor. Remove the existing two (2) griddles Old Units: Wells G196, Serial Numbers: KAB1391 and KAB1392 Dispose of old unit Install the new controls into the existing counter Make final utility connection to within 5 feet of terminating points on the same floor level Start up and test for proper operation Dispose of all debris in onsite VAMC [Vendor will need access to onsite dumpster for disposal for debris.] This equipment is for food service; no VA sensitive information is collected nor stored.
