The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks information about potential partners for an upcoming activity in Ukraine. Interested parties should submit their responses electronically to Ms. Elena Parinova at eparinova@usaid.gov using Attachment A with the subject title “Procurement Support Services: Energy Equipment for Ukraine RFI” no later than May 2, 2023 at 17:00 Ukraine Local Time. A separate capabilities statement may be included as long as requested information in the Attachment(s) is provided. USAID/Ukraine requires potential partners responses to this RFI to be written in English.

You may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of your response but will not receive individualized feedback. We may reach out to individual respondents for further clarifications.

This RFI is open to all qualified firms. Local Ukrainian organizations/firms as well as US Small Businesses are strongly encouraged to respond.

Per FAR 52.215-3, this is not a solicitation and should not be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to issue any solicitation or ultimately award based on this RFI or to pay for any cost incurred in the preparation and submission in responses to this RFI. Responding to this RFI will not give any advantage in a subsequent procurement.

An industry day is being considered following receipt of responses. Responses will be used for internal purposes and will be held confidentially. Thank you for your interest in USAID programs in Ukraine.
