The Contractor shall provide services for the Government of the United States of America in Hermosillo,Sonora Mexico.

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Consulate of the United States in Hermosillo, Mexico will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available.

A contractor is required to provide janitorial services to include daily and periodic cleaning of the Consulate compound buildings located in Hermosillo, Mexico. The total area for cleaning is approximately 12,910 square meters. Contractor employees shall be on site only for contractual duties and not for other business purposes.

The anticipated performance period is for one-year. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.

The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.

The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this visit will be in the solicitation.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
