In accordance with Section T3.2.1.3.6 of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Procurement Guidance, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the FAA’s decision to use Brand Name Mandatory, Limited Competition Procedures.

The FAA intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Microsoft Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) on a limited basis among the following Licensed Solution Partners (LSPs):

Minburn Technology Group

CDW Corp

Dell Corp

Insight Public Sector

Gov Connection

SHI, Inc.

The FAA intends to send a Request for Quote to the LSPs outlined above. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and will be based on the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable quote. The award resulting from this request will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), to be utilized by the FAA and the Department of Transportation (DOT). This notification covers the BPA and all subsequent orders issues under the BPA.

The FAA is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA is not liable for any costs associated with the preparing of a response to this announcement.
