This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be construed as a commitment or an obligation by the Government to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ), make an award or awards, nor does it restrict the Government as to the final acquisition strategy. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought.

All responses to this Sources Sought Notice must be submitted electronically (via e-mail) to AD Pamela Odhiambo, Contract Specialist, pamela.w.odhiambo.civ@mail.mil and Brandiss Smith, Contracting Officer brandiss.r.smith.civ@mail.mil. The subject of the email must be titled “Sources Sought: DDS – c-UAS Services.” Facsimile responses will not be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc.) will not be considered. Responses to the information above are due no later than 3:00PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Submissions to any person other than the ones listed in this Sources Sought will not be considered. Responses received after the due date will not be considered.
