The United States Tri Mission Vienna is soliciting the dismantling and disposal of existing snow melting circuits and installation of six new circuits only on the roof side of the buidling. Final connection in the attic will be conducted in-house.

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and material and pricing shall include insurance, taxes and overhead cost.

All work shall conform to the regulations set out in 29 CFR 1926. The Post Occupational Safety and Health Officer (POSHO) is the responsible person for safety at post and shall be consulted to ensure integration and conflict resolution of the contractors’ safety plan with post safety program. Contractor shall comply with all local labor law, regulations, customs and prcactices pertaining to labor and safety.

The U.S. Tri Mission intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror.The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of proposals.

Anticipated execution period is June/July 2023.
