To: whom it may concern,
We, OLRO LLC, are a Petroleum and Commodities distribution company based in the
United States of America. Our markets are the United States, Venezuela, and the
Caribbean.
We are interested in the frozen fry potato market.
To start a negotiation, we are requesting the following:
1. Technical sheet of potatoes.
2. Type of potato they produce.
3. Manufacturers monthly production quantity.
4. If the manufacturer already distributes in the mentioned countries.
5. If you do not produce in such countries, we would like to have exclusivity of the
manufacturer in these countries.
6. We use two packaging models, these are:
a) Packaging with our brand. For this, packages of 1 kilo and 2.5 kilos are
required.
b) Unbranded transparent bag packaging. For this, 2.5 kilos of packaging is
required.
7. Price per kilo of the potatoes they produce.
If we reach a commercial agreement, these are the requirements for the countries we
distribute.
1. For the Venezuelan market, the following information is required to be able to
register it in the country:
a) Certificate of Free Sale and Consumption
b) Physical-Chemical and Microbiological Analysis. (From the country of Origin)
c) Visa or Apostilled Authorization. By which the manufacturer authorizes the
importer (us) for Venezuela.
d) Technical Data Sheet of the product.
e) Format or mechanical drawing of the Product Packaging for the design of the
presentation.
2. For the USA market the following information is required:
a) FDA of the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not have FDA, we can
collaborate so that they can obtain it.
Amount:
a) First trail one container.
b) For the USA Market a minimum of 4 containers per month up to 20 and/or
more (80).
c) For the Venezuelan market, a minimum of 4 containers per month up to 10
and/or more.
The measurements of the potatoes would be 9x9 mm (3/8).
The measurements of the potatoes would be CRINKLE CUT 1/2.

If possible, after evaluating the suppliers offer and reaching an agreement, we require
samples of the product in order to test its quality. A shipment would be made by DHL
and/or any shipping company to the USA. We pay the shipping costs
