It will be procured as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 424120 and awarded using the evaluation criteria of the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) with FOB Destination Pricing and delivered within 5 days after receipt of order (ARO) to the customer located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. Full address will be provided upon award of PO.

Technical specifications include that quoted part number is brand name or equal to the requested part number and delivery schedule. Vendor must also acknowledge, mark order as shipped and provide tracking information through Vendor Portal or EDI.

Items are subject to review by the Northeast and Caribbean Supply & Acquisition Technical Branch and the customer prior to award. All quotations must be submitted electronically via SAM.gov. If the quotation is not submitted through SAM.gov, it will not be considered for award.

Vendor must submit quote in the Excel Quote Worksheet as an attachment through SAM.gov. Vendor must also sign and return Vendor Self Certification of 129R/Frustrated Freight.
