Dear Sir/Madam,
We are writing to inquire about the possibility of establishing a long-term partnership with your company as we seek to enter the office/remote/hybrid work accessories market in the United States. We are looking for a supplier who can provide us with high-quality products at reasonable prices, with quick lead times of approximately 60 days from deposit to arrival at an FBA warehouse.
We are a well-financed company and intend to enter the market with a substantial initial order. We have a two-year order schedule planned out and are seeking a partner who can work with us on a long-term basis. Please find our projected order timeline in the attached files.
We require custom branding, custom packaging, and minor product offering modifications. Additionally, the supplier must have access to a logistics network that can get the products directly from the factory to an Amazon distribution center in the United States. All items must ship vacuum sealed to help us save on shipping costs from the supplier to the Amazon distribution center and from the Amazon distribution center to our customers.
To optimize sourcing and operations, we are looking for a supplier that can manufacture all the products we are looking for, which are as follows:
