**** Interested contractors shall read in full, the Statement of Work (SOW), RFQ and Justification for Limited Competition Attachments ****

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the FBI Oklahoma Division, for the purpose of procuring services for the complete installation of wiring for Motorola radio and siren packages, as well as purchase and installation of emergency lights and lockboxes in eleven (11) vehicles. Requirements for installation are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Please ensure prevailing wages are being determined in the quote based on the attached standard area wide wage determination document.

Period of performance: Vehicle installation work should be completed within 60 days from receipt and acceptance of award. Any delays in product receipt or installation shall be immediately made known to the Contracting Officer. All installations will be coordinated with the Local Point of Contact (LPC) listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI in SAM.gov. Only vendors located in the U.S. will be considered. There will be a single award based upon Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes shall be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). This is being competed as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, and only quotes from Small Businesses will be considered. Please ensure prevailing wages are being determined in the quote based on the attached standard area wide wage determination document (see Attachments).

Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.
