This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 140FS123Q0062. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, FWS Pacific Islands Fish and Wildlife Office, has a requirement for a marine natural resource support service to include diving and mapping services.

Period of Performance: May 1, 2023 - April 30, 2024
Option Year 1: May 1, 2024 - April 30, 2025
Option Year 2: May 1, 2025 - April 30, 2026

The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government. All responsible business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract and will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Total Small Business Set Aside and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. The NAICS code is 541370 and the small business size standard is $16.5 in millions of dollars. Wage Determination WDOL 2015-5689 applies to this solicitation.

Additionally, if your company holds a GSA contract that would apply to this requirement, please provide the contract number.
