02/09/2023 UPDATE: Warfighter TRS Tech Data Release

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is issuing this notification on behalf of the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) as a means of providing potential sources with pertinent Technical Data Package (TDP) releases to industry for the upcoming Warfighter Training Readiness Solutions program.

Due to limits with the LT2 portal, the Government will make the TDPs available only for external hard drives. Interested party will need to provide, via courier service, a 500GB external hard drive. The hard drive will be scanned, the TDP packages will be loaded and returned to the address provided by mail. No in-person exchanges will be accepted.

Please also provide email to the following POCs identifying your package to be delivered. Company Name, POC and Tracking Number.

Future TDP releases shall be announced via SAM.gov. Any questions pertaining to the contents of the TDP shall be addressed with instructions of the resulting DRAFT RFP.

This is the first drop of data and contains information pertaining to Maintenance, Virtual Utilization, DRTS Utilization, CTC Rotations, Obsolescence and Warranties . The data is provided from the ATMP MIS (AWARE) that the incumbent, PL TSO and external users access for information. The initial data is from Ordering Period 4 with a Period of Performance of 1 July 2021 - 30 June 2022. An update in early December 2022/ January 2023 will add Technical Data Package information.

PL TSO will add data from Ordering Periods 5 (1 July 2022 – 30 June 2023) and 6 (1 July 2023 – 30 June 2024) over the next two years.
