PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) has a requirement for courier services located near their facilities at 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston TX 77030. Â This is a pre-solicitation notice only. Interested parties should watch for the issuance of the solicitation and associated documents between 02/24/2023 03/03/2023, which will contain the specific instructions and work requirements. Â The solicitation will be issued as a total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS code 492110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Â The contract is expected to be a firm fixed-price contract, with a base year and four (4) annual option year periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the government .
