On 30 January 2023, the Government received Questions/Comments from Industry on the Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III Solicitation posted on 23 January 2023.

As a result, the Government is hereby changes the 3IS III Solicitation as follows:

Amendment 0001 to Innovation, Integration, and Information Support (3IS) III Solicitation Posted on 23 January 2023.

The purpose of this amendment is to:

1. Change 3IS III Solicitation No. from FA2518-22-R-0023 to FA2518-23-R-0007 to include all attachments references listed under Section J. Offerors shall submit their Phase I and Phase II proposal under new Solicitation No. FA2518-23-R-0007.

2. Change the Solicitation, Section J, Attachment 1, 3IS III PWS; Attachment 2, 3IS III DD254; Attachment 9, 392 CTS PWS; Attachment 15, Section L, 3IS III Instruction to Offerors; and Attachment 16, Section M, 3IS III, Evaluation Criteria.

3. Extend the submission date to 7 March 2023 at 1400 MT.

4. All other attachments listed under the Solicitation, Section J, remain unchanged. Please refer back to the previous posting under FA2518-22-R-0023 posted on 23 January 2023 for these documents.

Based upon the above, the Government is posting the following documents:

• Consolidated Q&A from Industry version 4.0 which includes Q&A from RFP received on 30 Jan 2023, Q&A received on 15 Oct 2022, and Q&A received June 2022.
• Attachment 1, 3IS III PWS, version 6.0 to include Redline and Cleaned Up versions.
• Attachment 2, 3IS III DD254, version 5.0
• Attachment 9, 392 CTS PWS, version 2.0 to include Redline and Cleaned Up versions.
• Attachment 15, Section L, version 6.0 to include Redline and Cleaned Up Versions.
• Attachment 16, Section M, version 6.0 to include Redline and Cleaned Up versions.
• Amendment 0001 of the Solicitation FA2518-23-R-0007
• Summary of Changes to Amendment 0001
