The objective of this effort is to outline the requirement for a public relations software program which includes contact management database, media directories management, news management, traditional news and social media clipping service, press release distribution and tracking, analytics features and email campaigns all integrated into one public relations suite. This will allow ANC Public Affairs to quickly access integrated media contact profiles containing news the contact has written about ANC topics, activities, details of interactions ANC staff has had with the contact, pitching details, and direct contact information.

Contractor shall provide public relations program with three concurrent seat licenses that provide full
access to their media database, allow users to distribute news releases, monitors and tracks press coverage, monitors
social media activity and manages ANC projects and campaigns. The public relations program shall provide quick
access to integrate media contact profiles containing news the contact has written about ANC topics, activities,
details of interactions ANC staff has had with the contact, pitching details, and direct contact information. It must
utilize the bcc email functionality that allows users to automatically log activities to corresponding media contacts in
PR public relations by adding a unique bcc email address in outgoing emails from an email platform. The public
relations shall easily create media distribution lists for communications via integrated communications email
application.
