Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Richmond (DLAA) intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirement to Phillips Federal CAGE 3MPQ0 for ONE (1) OMAX 120X/50V ABRASIVE WATERJET CUTTING SYSTEM, IUID Tag, Technical Data, Installation, Foundation, Training, OSHA Certification and Shipping. The place of performance is the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & International Maintenance Facility JBPHH, HI.

Interested parties that is able to obtain Security Clearance, Background Check and be an American Citizen to access the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & International Maintenance Facility may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than the stated closing date and time.

Responses should not exceed ten (10) one-sided 8.5 x 10-inch pages and font size no smaller than 10. This is not a request for a proposal but only a request for submission of a vendor’s capability to perform the requirement.
