will be soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 02/06/2023 for construction services for the following project: Project# 596A4-19-108 Replace ED Flooring located at Troy
Bowling Campus, VA Medical Center Lexington 1101 Veterans Drive Lexington, KY 40502-2236. SET-ASIDE: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between
$250,000.00 and $500,000.00 NAICS: 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $39.5 Million PROJECT OVERVIEW: The project will require the
selected contractor to provide all resources necessary to accomplish and furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to completely prepare site for
building operations as required per drawings and specifications at the VA Medical Center Lexington 1101 Veterans Drive Lexington, KY 40502-2236 for the above-mentioned Project #
596A4-19-108 Replace ED Flooring located at Troy Bowling Campus. Work includes, to prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing doors and flooring
and furnish all labor and materials and perform work for as required by project drawings and specifications. Anticipated completion time from Notice-to-Proceed is 215 calendar days for
the entire project. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Apparent successful offerors must have a current VETS 4212 report on file with the Department of Labor, registered in SAM, and must apply for and
receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) of their SDVOSB status in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.709 by submission
of documentation of veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both visible and verified by the Department of Veteran Affairs CVE
at the time of submission of proposal. Failure to be both verified by CVE and visible on https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission will result in the proposal being
deemed nonresponsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the aforementioned requirement documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not
already done so. Questions related to this requirement will only be addressed in writing by way of email to the Contracting Officer at Robert.glenn2@va.gov. The Project Number, Project
Name, and Solicitation Number must be included in the subject line of all questions related to this requirement. No questions will be considered until the actual solicitation is released
