This announcement has been amended to make changes throughout the Request for Participation and its associated attachments. Vendors that provided a previous submission are required to provide a new submission in order to be considered for the selection of a BPA. Previous submissions will not be considered.

2- Update the "European Wireless BPA Invitation to Participate". Please refer to the current version dated 12 MAY 2022.

3- Change the response date from 20 MAY 2022 to 27 MAY 2022.

11 MAY 2022: This notice has been amended to update Attachment 4 - Hardware Pricing Sheet. Please use the current version.

The U.S. Government intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for wireless services and associated hardware within Europe. These agreements will be for recurring and intermittent cellular service and the associated hardware for use within multiple locations throughout Europe. The primary countries in which these services are required are Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Romania, Poland and the United Kingdom. The term of these BPAs will be three (3) years from the date of award. The BPAs will not have a maximum overall dollar limit but the individual orders placed against the BPAs shall not exceed $600,000. The Government is under no obligation to purchase any definite amount under the resultant BPAs.
