The United States Mission of the United States of America in Geneva Switzerland seeks qualified companies to provide annual maintenance for its elevator intallation.

The U.S. Mission in Geneva requires services to maintain building elevators in safe, reliable and efficient operating conditions.

Rates will include all costs associated with providing elevator maintenance services in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty including materials, labor, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, profit. The contract will be for a one-year period, with four one-year optional periods of performance.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.

All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System of Award Management)database prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Thereforeprospective off erors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
