Synopsis (Set-Aside) W911N2-23-R-0010

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time and Materials Requirements service contract for the maintenance and support services of the LENEL OnGuard Systems at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD). A Performance Work Statement (PWS) will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The 2022 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 – Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), the Product Service Code (PSC) is J063 – Maintenance, Repair, Rebuild Equipment, and the size standard is $25,000,000.00. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-23-R-0010 will be released on or about 06 February 2023, with a closing date on or about 27 February 2023. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
