The U.S. Consulate General, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

ETFE/Sail Tensioning, Inspections & Cleaning Services, U.S. Embassy London, United Kingdom

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to award Firm-Fixed Price Contract for one base year and four option years during third quarter of fiscal year 2023.

The successful contractor shall perform all works, inspection, and maintenance activities including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required for the preventive maintenance and inspection to ensure the condition and structural tension of the ETFE (three elevations) to the outer envelope of the Embassy building are structurally sound for the Embassy London, United Kingdom.

The Solicitation is planned to be issued in January or February 2023 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5023R0021.

The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
