The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, is conducting market research to determine industry interest, availability, and capability to support the LRASM SPIL Digital Generating (DGEN) Special Project Integration (DSPI) and maintain LRASM SPIL Operational Readiness. This effort will require the contractor to provide Radio Frequency (RF) Stimulator Engineering Support and RF Stimulator Maintenance for the LRASM SPIL DSPI. The contractor is required to provide all personnel to complete the requirements for this procurement.

A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623R0037 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to manufacture and deliver the required products without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, or delivery schedule.
