The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for a Python training. The NAICS code is 611710 and the business size is $21 million.

The proposed purchase order is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The proposed action is for training sessions in Python, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one compliant product pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The basis for restricting competition is for the following reasons: the government is confident that there are multiple small businesses registered with SAM.gov that can provide the required training. The NSWCCD intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than January 12, 2023 at 11:59AM. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than January 19, 2022, at 11:59 AM.
