Defense Health Agency, Professional Services Contracting Division, Falls Church, VA intends to award a firm-fixed price bridge contract to provide acquisition and financial support to the ISRMB and Engineering Systems Architecture-Business Analytics Division (ESA-BAD) within and across the DHA DAD IO PRMD. The Contractor shall provide recommendation for the management of the acquisition lifecycle from initiation to closeout. This shall include assisting administratively in the tasks to support contract development, administration, and execution. This support includes preparation and maintenance of the contract file and participation in Integrated Product Teams (IPT). The Contractor shall analyze and measure the probable effects of various acquisition strategies and make recommendations on acquisition strategies to PRMD ISRMB.

In addition, the Contractor shall provide financial and budget support including preparation of budgets and Program Objective Memorandum (POM), supporting the acquisition lifecycle and budget agreements.

The period of performance is for a six (6) month base period and two (2) three (3) month option periods. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
