1. PURPOSE OF THIS ANNOUNCEMENT:

This is a solicitation announcement for design and construction services as described within the announcement on www.sam.gov (SAM). 1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROJECT:

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District is soliciting proposals for a design-build project for renovation of a fire station facility in Tsirguliina, Estonia. The solicitation includes basic design criteria, and the USACE intends to award a resulting contract to a single design-build construction contractor that will complete the 100% design and construct the project. See solicitation attachments posted with this announcement for complete details associated with the scope of work and other requirements. Offerors must be SAM registered, and submit price and non-price proposals no later than the stated deadline in order to be eligible for award of the contract resulting from this solicitation.

1. PROJECT LOCATION:

The project site is in Tsirguliina, Estonia. The GPS coordinates are Latitude 57°5151.7" N, Longitude 26°1130.3" E (Refer to the attached Location Map.)

1. PRE-PROPOSAL SITE VISIT:

Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit that is tentatively scheduled on 09 December 2022 at 1300 hours. Offerors must pre-register in advance. See the solicitation posted with this announcement for instructions and complete details.

Proposals must be prepared and submitted according to the instructions within the contract solicitation (plus amendments). Interested offerors must submit a non-price proposal for evaluation in addition to a price proposal to be considered for contract award.
