The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis for the following items; Keysight Software Subscription- 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced Keysight Technologies Inc.,1900 Garden of the Gods Rd, COLORADO SPRINGS CO 80907-3483 as the only vendor able to provide the Keysight Software Subscription for the software already approved for use on Navy network that is currently in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the Maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0067 and clearly show the firm’s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. It is recommended that all interested parties be aware that processing this additional information may take several days and are proactive in maintaining the SAM registrations in an Active status as the government cannot award to an entity without an Active SAM registration.
