Synopsis: Added: Jan 26, 2018 5:49 pm The purpose of this refresh is to update the price proposal template and add the following statement on page 7 of the Critical Information Specific to Schedule 75 Legacy SINs - 2018 and page 12 of Critical Information Specific to Schedule 75 Enhanced SINs - 2018: "For each manufacturer being offered (HP, Lexmark, Xerox and Clover), Offeror must be listed on the following website: https://businesssolutionsassociation.site-ym.com/page/dealerauthorization , as an authorized reseller for each manufacturer at the time of offer submission and, if awarded a contract, must remain on the website for the entire duration of the contract."

The refreshed Solicitation for Multiple Award Schedule 75, Office Products / Supplies and Services and New Products Technology is being posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website on the Internet at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on January 26, 2018. The refreshed solicitation number 2FYB-BU-050001-B dated January 26, 2018 will supersede solicitation 2FYB-BU-050001-B, posted on January 16, 2018, and includes updated clauses and provisions. The offering of office products/supplies and services listed in the firms commercial office supply catalog are acceptable. Offerors may offer their entire commercial catalog, or may offer a select, limited line of office products. Office products would include, but are not limited to, items such as: pens, pencils, markers, xerographic paper, printing paper, fax paper, binders, tape, envelopes, shredders, helical-scan, longitudinally oriented video tapes, video cassettes, reel to reel audio tapes, blank endless loop audio cartridge tapes, magnetic tape audio recording cassette, computer tape, reel cartridge, cassette, diskettes, disk packs, disk cartridges, anti-glare/anti-radiation screens (VDT), ergonomic products (wrist and foot rests) cleaning equipment and supplies (head cleaners, disk drive cleaners, monitor cleaners, toner wipes, mini-vacuums, etc.) optical disks, CD ROMS, physical storage security, protective and related ADP supplies, toner cartridges and restroom products. Contracts awarded under this solicitation will have a performance period of 5 years with options to renew for up to 3 additional 5-year periods. Offerors must register at www.sam.gov prior to award of any contract. This solicitation will remain in effect until it is replaced by another refreshed solicitation.
