Echelon Consultancy on behalf of the Hyde Group are seeking the views of the market, initially through this PIN in relation to the second of a series of three frameworks that can be utilised separately, but together will cover the full range of Asset Management services delivered by LA, HA"s and RP"s. The three frameworks are Maintain (Repairs and Empty Homes), Improve (Capital Delivery & Planned Works) and Protect (Compliance Services), and this PIN is specifically looking for feedback in relation to the Protect framework for Compliance Services. Echelon would like to gain views and feedback on various elements of the Framework, including scope, geographical lots, value bands, commercial models and pricing mechanisms. We would be grateful if you could complete the survey found at the link here - https://forms.office.com/e/q20dNAU7eu (which you will need to copy and paste into your browser). All responses are anonymous, so we would ask that you are honest and constructive with your feedback, as this will help us ensure that the framework has all the required elements to cover the potential work required, and be an attractive route to market for both Clients and Suppliers. Following the completion of the surveys, and the expiry of the PIN, there will be a series of virtual market engagement events, held via MS Teams, that will seek to gather further detail and insight from suppliers in relation to the specific workstreams. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a formal tender opportunity. The Tender Notice for the framework will be issued at a later date once the data and responses from this PIN notice and the market engagement sessions have been reviewed.
