We are seeking early engagement to discuss an upcoming tender opportunity for the re-configuration/refurbishment of existing office accommodation.
This project will include internal fit out elements, electrical power & data upgrades with the introduction of new AHU/ventilation, heating and cooling systems including associated infrastructure. The adaptations will include the formation of new cellular offices, meeting areas and NER facilities within existing areas, suitable for over 150 occupiers.
