Description

The Environment Agency is holding a supplier pre-market engagement event in relation to the future procurement of services to support its management of illegal, non-compliant or abandoned waste and landfill sites. We would like to understand how the supply market could potentially support the Environment Agency if suitable contract(s) for future requirements in these areas were to be established.

The event will take place on the 26th March 2025 at 10am GMT for all interested suppliers to attend and where the project team will provide a detailed presentation of the ask, with an open Q&A session to follow. An initial questionnaire will be issued to suppliers to be completed in advance of the event upon their request to participate. There will be an opportunity to both ask questions via Slido during the event and provide information in a closed setting via a further post event questionnaire.

Further information on this event and the invitation details can be requested at nick.kynman@defra.gov.uk. Please send your requests by 5pm Tuesday 25th March 2025.

There will be a limit to three people per company who should have technical or commercial knowledge to ensure they can contribute appropriately.
