This Early Market Engagement exercise (EME) seeks information in preparation for a competitive process to select a Potential Supplier/Grant Recipient to design, commission and maintain a War Memorial in the United Kingdom to recognise the sacrifice and duty of Muslims from the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, North Africa, and around the World who served in Britain"s armed forces in the two World Wars and subsequently.
