PLEASE NOTE: This is an expression of interest being used to understand the interest within the market for the below detailed contract. Bristol City Council is seeking an organisation who will facilitate its Financial Payments & Recovery service. This service is used to help those at risk of homelessness establish private tenancies through the provision of loans for rent in advance payments, deposit bonds, cash deposits and tenancy resource payments. The provider would similarly operate a debt recovery service in relation to these loans and deposit bonds.

The provider would not be expected to provide the capital for the loans, the Council will provide any funds for the loans and bonds.
