CUH will be carrying out a procurement exercise for the delivery of public (staff and visitor) catering and retail services at the Addenbrookes Hospital, Cambridge. This initial Request for Information is being undertaken in order to obtain early market interest from, and an initial understanding of the providers ability to deliver the proposed contract, ahead of a formal procurement exercise.
