We are inviting proposals from consultancy firms, individuals, educational establishments and ad hoc consultancy teams to work with us to evaluate our Invisible Cardiff Project, which was launched in December 2022.

The evaluation process will collate existing data, surveys and interviews conducted in the first year of project and lead on interviews and analysis during the second year of the project culminating in a final report for the Heritage Lottery.

The aim of the evaluation is to:

• Monitor and report on the impact of the training programme on participants, audiences and key stakeholders

• Measure the impact of the project for people with lived experience of homelessness to increase access to culture and heritage

• Identify the impact of the project on tourism in Cardiff and the potential for the Social Enterprise to be successful going forwards

• Using evidence of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyse the extent that the project has reached the proposed aims set out by the Heritage Lottery Fund application

The evaluation will be conducted between May and November 2024 and will need to Include the following:

• Accessing existing data, including media coverage and interviews and surveys conducted in 2023 to identify any gaps in understanding the impact of the project to prepare for second evaluation period

• Interview / survey current trainees and stakeholders as a potential new tour is developed and develop case studies where appropriate

• Analyse impact on visitors including sales reports, revenue, and feedback via TripAdvisor

• Write an end of project evaluation report
