Contract awarded using direct call off procedure of the Framework Agreement. Term is for 15 months with option to extend for up to a further 6 months if funding becomes available.

Contract will help to address the NHS patient waiting list by utilising a private providers" capacity to conduct procedures on behalf of the Health Board.
