The required service is split into three lots as follows:

Out of hours cleaning and day-time janitorial services

Lot 1: South Campus (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport)

Lot 2: North Campus (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport)

Window Cleaning

Lot 3: Whole Estate (Academic, Research, Admin, Sport, Residences)
