Description of the goods or services required

To work with a Cwmpas Business Consultant to support up to 10 businesses, (initially) in Gwynedd to investigate the potential of transferring the ownership of the business to its employees.:-

• To advise on financial issues including tax; company valuations; financial planning and critically reviewing financial information.

• To provide information and support to access to finance to support employee buy-outs and other social business investment needs.

• To provide forensic analysis of management accounts; and company restructuring.

Cwmpas anticipates that the initial overall value of work contracted under this Contract will be no higher than £48,000 including VAT. There is potential that this could increase if further funding is secured and the project is extended.
